Featured in SL.Man: My Approach to Health, Balance & Longevity

I was recently featured in SL.Man, a leading lifestyle platform, where I had the chance to share a little more about how I live, eat, and apply Five-Element wisdom to daily life.

For me, food, movement, and routine are medicine. What we put into our bodies — from filtered water first thing in the morning, to nutrient-dense meals throughout the day — plays a huge role in how we feel and how we function. In Five-Element theory, every choice has the power either to deplete or to recharge us.

In the article, I spoke about:

Food as medicine — why I focus on clean proteins, seasonal produce, and balance over extremes.

Daily rituals — from hydration and probiotics in the morning to functional breakfasts that fuel clarity and energy.

Chinese medicine & timing — how aligning eating patterns with the body’s natural rhythms helps conserve energy and build resilience.

Supplements as part of the system — the targeted ways I use natural support for longevity, recovery, and overall health.

I see these habits not just as routines, but as ways to live in alignment with the body’s natural flow. When we’re in balance, everything feels lighter, clearer, calmer.

Being featured in SL.Man was a great opportunity to share this side of acupuncture and Five-Element living with a wider audience — showing that health isn’t only about treatments, but also about the small, daily practices that support resilience and wellbeing.
